The Senior Program Manager has overall responsibility to lead the development of CyberOptics’ innovative WaferSense semiconductor process and yield improvement products. The Senior Program Manager gathers customer and market requirements and manages product and technology roadmaps. The Senior Program Manager works with the design teams to identify project risks, to develop risk mitigation plans, and then is responsible to ensure those plans are proactively managed. The Senior Program Manager has final responsibility to verify product specifications are met and to validate that the product meets customer requirements.

• Able to work independently with good initiatives. • Analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots CyberOptics equipment problems via telephone or at customer site. • Performs installation, repair, retrofits, upgrades and preventive maintenance on CyberOptics equipment installed at customer sites. • High travelling as required for the purposes of performing service activities or backfilling for other engineers when needed. • Completes required reports as defined by Cyberoptics’s internal process documentation with abilities to effectively present information to management & also to customers. • Uses company technical documentation and provides feedback for improvement. • Maintain and manage an assigned installation equipment base. Core Responsibilities: 1. Report to US Sales Manager and responsible for presales application development and postsales training and service. 2. Work with channel partners to turn a sales opportunity into an order from customers for CyberOptics Semiconductor Division 3. Lead product demonstration and evaluation efforts to ensure successes that lead to a sale. 4. Summarize technical situation/business opportunity and report and present it to supervisior as well as associates in other regions 5. Develop and communicate new applications of products to resolve customer problems. 6. Identify and create ReturnOnInvestment analysis based on the use cases at particular customers. 7. Lead application seminars/technical presentations and present solutions to channel partners, prospects or customers. 8.
